From May 1st, 2024, it will be possible to order a three-course menu as well as dishes from our à la carte menu all day.

(The menu must be ordered by the entire table)

– “preserved” celery and beurre blanc with browned butter
and black summer truffles

MAIN COURSE
Juicy pork chop
– crispy rillette from the neck, potato cream, and Swiss chard
Served with a simmered sauce of juniper and beer
