It is possible to order a three-course menu as well as dishes from our à la carte menu all day.

“Veal Fricassée”
– brined and boiled veal brisket with carrots, onions, and asparagus
Served with morels in fricassée sauce and parsley potatoes

Red Rhubarb
– vanilla-poached red rhubarb with buttermilk panna cotta,
honey-roasted oats, and rhubarb sorbet
