New menu concept 2024

In effect from May 1st, 2024.
From May 1st, 2024, it will be possible to order a three-course menu as well as dishes from our à la carte menu all day.

CURRENT MENU

STARTER
Lobster-stuffed morel mushroom
– Steamed spinach “en branche” and light fish fumet

MAIN COURSE
Pink duck breast
– New onions and green asparagus
served with Danish potatoes and pepper cream sauce

DESSERT
Rhubarb from Spånlundgård
– Accompanied by lemon mousse,
honey-roasted oats, and woodruff ice cream

3 courses – Kr. 350,-
3 glasses of matching wine or juice – Kr. 250,-
