From May 1st, 2024, it will be possible to order a three-course menu as well as dishes from our à la carte menu all day.

(The menu must be ordered by the entire table)

Butter-poached cod
– beetroot crudité and creamy fish fumet flavored with Noilly Prat

MAIN COURSE
Stuffed quail
– steamed corn, chanterelles, and blackberries
Served with balsamic sauce and potatoes from Spånlundgård
Steak frites for main course + DKK 95,-

DESSERT
Flambéed figs in Cognac
– crispy pâte sablée and baked almond cream
with cinnamon ice cream

Additional purchase of 3 French cheeses with appropriate garnish

3 glasses of matching wine – DKK 300,-
3 glasses of matching juice – DKK 250,-

For lunch, the menu can be ordered until 2:00 PM.
