CURRENT MENU

From May 1st, 2024, it will be possible to order a three-course menu as well as dishes from our à la carte menu all day.

STARTER
Heather-grilled salmon darne
– clear gazpacho, salted cucumber, peas, and radishes

MAIN COURSE
Brined pork neck
– new beets and creamy simmer sauce with tarragon
Steak frites for main course + DKK 95,-

DESSERT
Raspberries from Spånlundgård
– tart with licorice ganache, fresh raspberries,
and sorbet plus crunchy white chocolate
The dessert can be changed to a cheese platter for + DKK 50,-

3 courses – Kr. 350,-
3 glasses of matching wine or juice – Kr. 250,-

For lunch, the menu can be ordered until 2:00 PM.
