The concept of Salig Simons Gaard

Salig Simons Gaard is located in one of Svendborg’s most charming timber-framed houses from the 17^th century.

Salig Simons Gaard is the epitome of a French bistro, exactly as we know them from the wonderful streets of Paris. We serve a selection of French classics for lunch. For dinner, we serve our special all inclusive menu which is also known from our “big sister” Resumé, but centered around French gastronomy.
