Starter
Smoked pork tenderloin with mushroom cream, pickled mushrooms, croutons in duck fat, roasted onions and tomato

Main course
Cured duck breast with potato croquette and confit duck leg. Served with fried apples, marinated kale, (prunes in cognac?), whipped redcurrants and orange duck sauce

Dessert
Light and sweet rice foam with candied almonds, cherry sorbet and cinnamon

Sweet
Vanilla rings and rum balls
